Modern implant dentistry allows placement of root form implants to replace missing teeth or provide a foundation for fixed or removable prostheses replacing an arch of teeth. This CE webinar will detail the steps involved in implant drilling. We will also go through the basic settings for your implant motor, including torque, irrigation, RPM, and contra-angle and straight handpieces. Understanding the implant motor settings and how to use your implant kit allows placement of implants that have the highest success.
Upon completion of this CE webinar, the student will be able to choose the correct settings on their implant motor, know the basics of implant drilling, and review implant placement strategies.
